A short-term goal-focused evidence-based therapeutic approach, which incorporates positive psychology principles and practices, and which helps clients change by constructing solutions rather than focusing on problems.

Trauma Focused

I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAP) as another form of therapeutic services. KAP is an innovative, evidence-based approach that combines the use of ketamine—a safe, medically monitored medication—with psychotherapy to support clients dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. This integrative method can offer deeper insights, emotional breakthroughs, and relief when traditional talk therapy alone may not suffice.
